CONSERVATIVES 1 - REPUBLICAN PARTY ELITES 0. SCOZZAFAVA QUITS RACE IN NY 23!

Many Conservatives have often voted for the lesser of 2 evils just to get a "Republican" in office.  After the 2008 election and the majority of us holding our noses while pulling the lever for McCain, we've had enough of the Republican Party elites choosing the liberal Republican candidates.  We made a stand in the upcoming NY 23rd district race and threw our support behind the Conservative Party candidate, Doug Hoffman.  We said we will no longer support liberal Republicans.  Many of the Republican Party elite endorsed Dede Scozzafava in the race.  She is the extremely liberal Republican that was running in that race......until today.

Dede Scozzafava has just dropped out of the race.  This leaves the race a 2 person contest.  A conservative versus a liberal Democrat.  For the Republicans who consider themselves conservative and still endorsed Scozzafava, let this be a lesson to you.  We are done with the RINOs.  We don't necessarily want to abandon the Republican Party, but we feel as if the Republican Party has abandoned us.  You want us back?  Start supporting the conservative candidates.

OBAMA TO CUT EXECUTIVES PAY BY 90%

This is complete insanity!  I just reread the Constitution.  I must have skipped over the part where it says the President and his administration has the authority to decide what pay the executives of corporations are entitled to.

From the New York Times:

"Under the plan, which will be announced in the next few days by the Treasury Department, the seven companies that received the most assistance will have to cut the annual salaries of their 25 best-paid executives by an average of about 90 percent from last year. Their total compensation — including bonuses and retirement contributions — will drop, on average, by about 50 percent."

What the hell is going on in this country?  Does no one care?

HARRY REID ADMITS OBAMACARE WILL COST AT LEAST $2,000,000,000,000.00.....THAT'S TRILLION



You know and I know that Obamacare will not cost the 900 billion dollars Democrats are claiming. We all know that it will cost much more than that and will not work. Harry Reid admits on the floor that it is a 2 trillion dollar program. Trillion....with a "T." When has any government program actually come in at the original estimate? Never! They always cost multiples of the original estimate.

HARRY REID: "He talked about CBO saying that there would be $54 billion saved each year if we put caps on medical malpractice and put some restrictions — tort reform — $54 billion. Sounds like a lot of money, doesnt it, Mr. President? The answer is yes. But remember, were talking about $2 trillion, $54 billion compared to $2 trillion. You can do the math. We can all do the math. Its a very small percent."
