CELEBRATE "EARTH HOUR" WITH ME!

As some of you may know, idiots all over the globe will be shutting off all of their lights between the hours of 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.  To counteract these imbeciles, I will be turning on every light and electric appliance in my house for that same hour.  Heck, I may even let both of my cars idle in the driveway just for good measure.  Join me in celebrating Earth Hour by turning on all of your lights and appliances as well.  Think of all the libs we can piss off together!

"THOMAS PAINE" CALLED TO WHITE HOUSE TO DISCUSS VIDEOS



I'm sure by now most of you have seen this video. It is the work of Bob Basso. He is playing the role of Thomas Paine, author of Common Sense, and he condemns the federal government for doing things they have no authority to do and the American people who are allowing this to happen.

Well, evidently, President Obama is none too pleased with his videos and has "invited" him to the White House "to discuss the disturbing nature of the videos." Does anyone believe that Obama wants to have a discussion with Basso? If you ask me, this is nothing but an attempt to intimidate Basso and any others that are willing to speak out against our government.

MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE RAISING MONEY FOR CHILDREN'S CANCER RESEARCH

Hey everyone. It's that time of year again. Only this year, my daughter is the one involved in raising money for St. Baldricks. She will be cutting 10 inches of her hair off which will be donated to Beautiful Lengths and I will be shaving my head again. The event will take place on March 30th, but you can begin donating now! The money we raise will be donated to an organization known as St. Baldricks. They are involved in children's cancer research.

I understand the economy is down and people are struggling. If you have even an extra $5 to donate, it would be greatly appreciated and it's for an extremely good cause. Of course, if you can afford to donate more, that would be awesome! And if you can't afford to make a donation, perhaps you could share the link with your family and friends. As many of you who have known me online for a few years, my mother died from cancer a few years back. I couldn't imagine a child going through what she went through. This is our way to help prevent that. And as a conservative, I believe it is up to us, not the government, to fund such important research.

Remember....even the smallest donation will help.

And PLEASE.....pass this on to your family, friends and co-workers. Last year my son and I raised $1930.00. My daughter is hoping to beat that amount.
