PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE #2
ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz.......huh?....what?.....oh sorry. I must have dozed off.
You guys know that I am intellectually honest and say what I think, so some of you may not like what I am going to say. Not only was the debate a snoozer, I felt as if I was watching a Democrat primary debate. Where was the conservatism? Where was the talk of the Constitution? Where was the talk of personal responsibility? It was nowhere to be found. But I did hear a lot of talk about new programs, that the Constitution does not authorize, from BOTH sides. Yeah, I heard a few snippets from McCain, a very few that were on target. But the majority of the talking points coming from both candidates had absolutely nothing to do with conservatism.
I am almost to the point that even with Sarah Palin on the ticket, I'm finding it hard to vote for McCain. I'm of the belief that either Palin should be at the top of the ticket.....which obviously isn't going to happen.....or Palin should consider leaving the ticket. I'm not kidding. McCain is no conservative.....he's not even close and he is starting to drag her down. I'd hate to see her name sullied because of him.
